A: The typical documentation is required (deposit / application / lease agreement / gaurantor forms / direct withdrawal forms)

A: No. All units are 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathroom units, all are symmetrical in floor plan and layout.

A: A property management company will take care of all of the tenants' needs.
Q: Is there noise between units?
A: All precautions have been taken during construction to maximize the STC rating between units, and within internal units. We have gone above the Ontario Building Code guidelines to ensure there will be the least amount of noise transmission.
Q: Does each bedroom actually have it's own private full bathroom?
A: Yes! This is a purpose student rental, and a lot of detail went into creating the floor plans. All bedrooms are the exact same size, and include the same size walk in closets, and the same size full bathrooms.
Q: Are there any common elements to the buildings? (i.e. elevators, hallways etc.)
A: No. These are townhouses. Each unit has its own front door. The shared elements are exterior only (parking and green space)
